Recipe: Air-fried coconut shrimp

Ingredients:

Recipe makes 2 servings

1/3 Lb Meal Simple Jumbo Coconut Shrimp

1 non-stick spray, as needed

1 1/2 L chefstyle Digital Air Fryer

Instructions:

Place coconut shrimp evenly in 1.5 quart air fryer basket, spray tops of shrimp with a little non-stick spray and bake at 400°F for 15 minutes or until crispy.

Once crispy, remove and allow to cool. Serve with your favorite sauce. Sweet chili sauce is a great dipping option.

Chef’s Note: This recipe works great with any size air fryer but cook time will vary based on machine size.
