The Berlin Zoo has announced that longtime resident giant panda Meng Meng has given birth to twins — for a second time.

The Berlin Zoo has much anticipated news: Meng Meng the panda is pregnant again, months after the first giant pandas born in Germany were sent to China.

Zookeepers initially hand fed the cubs — the first giant pandas born in Germany — with bottles of milk pumped from mother Meng Meng but they now feed on their own. She and father Jiao Qing came to Germany from China two years ago.
