SAPD still trying to determine who killed woman in school yard

SAN ANTONIO – A violent crime in an unlikely place -- an elementary school yard -- has been difficult for San Antonio police to solve.

The body of Connie Fulton was found Nov. 28, 1991, at Douglas Elementary on 700 South Hackberry Street.

Police said Fulton, 26, had been stabbed to death.
