WATCH: Nirenberg, Brockhouse face off in third mayoral debate

SAN ANTONIO – Incumbent San Antonio Mayor Ron Nirenberg and District 6 Councilman Greg Brockhouse faced off in a debate Monday night. 

The debate at Hardberger Park was hosted by the Northside Neighborhoods for Organized Development.

KSAT 12 News anchor Steve Spriester moderated the debate. He posed some of the questions to the candidates that viewers submitted through San Antonio Questions.

What questions do you have for the candidates in the May 4 city election?

Two of the big topics discussed during the debate were the city's decision not to host the Republican National Convention last May and the recent decision to exclude Chick-fil-A from the San Antonio International Airport. 

This is the third debate between the top two mayoral candidates prior to the May 4 election.
