SAN ANTONIO – CHRISTUS Children’s doctor Elena Mikalsen joined KSAT’s 6 O’Clock News on Thursday to discuss how to address the Hill Country Floods with children.
Dr. Mikalsen also discussed signs that a child is struggling with tragedy and when medical help is recommended.
