BEXAR COUNTY, Texas – Two men were arrested last week in connection with a 2025 fatal shooting that resulted in the death of a teenage girl, the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office said in a Facebook post.
Alianna Nicole Ujueta, 17, was shot and killed by Deshawn Suggs on Sept. 28, 2025, at a house party in the 13900 block of Luckey Road, according to BCSO.

The sheriff’s office said Suggs fled the scene and allegedly gave Angel Xavier Marchan Jr., 19, and Michael Anthony Martinez, 23, the firearm used to kill Ujueta in an attempt to dispose of evidence.
Marchan and Martinez were allegedly involved in selling the firearm, BCSO said.
Investigators determined Marchan and Martinez were also present the night of the shooting, witnessed what happened and knew Suggs had shot Ujueta, according to BCSO.
BCSO said Marchan was arrested on Sept. 1 and charged with tampering with physical evidence with intent to impair, a third-degree felony. Martinez was arrested Sept. 2 and also faces the same charge, records show.
Both remain booked in the Bexar County jail as of Wednesday, jail records show.
Months after the shooting, Suggs was found dead with apparent gunshot wounds on Jan. 17 in a vehicle on the West Side.
Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar previously said evidence pointed to Suggs allegedly pulling the trigger.
