This Shiner beer-battered cheese burger is an over-the-top way of preparing an American classic.
SHINER BEER BATTERED CHEESEBURGER
Beer Batter
12oz Shiner Bock Beer
AP Flour
Fiesta Uncle Chris Seasoning
Mix flour and beer with seasoning until you get a pancake-like batter texture
Deep-Fried Cheeseburger
Ingredients:
Chuck Meat Patties
American Cheese
Yellow Onion
Martin Burger Rolls
Mustard
Pickles
Fiesta Uncle Chris Seasoning
Salt
Russet Potatoes
AP Flour
Directions:
On a preheated grill, cook the burgers seasoned with Fiesta Uncle Chris Seasoning and chopped pieces of yellow onion
Flip the burger patties and add a slice of American cheese and an onion ring
Add a second slice of cheese and put the patties on a tray with parchment paper before they’re done cooking
Place the tray in a freezer until fully frozen
Once frozen - put the patties in a seasoned flour mixture then dip in beer batter
Fry the patties until they achieve a deep, golden brown color
Remove the patties and place them on a toasted Martin’s roll with mustard, pickles and an extra slice of cheese.

FRENCH FRIES
In a bowl, add thin, fry-shaped slices of a peeled potato with water and salt - let sit in the solution until the burgers are frozen
Once the burgers are fully frozen, the fries are ready to fry - place them in a 360F oil until golden brown
