SAN ANTONIO – Chocolate Bunny CookiesIngredientsInstructionsIn a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Using an electric mixer, in a large bowl, beat butter and sugar on medium-low until combined, 3 minutes. Divide dough in 2 and roll each portion between 2 sheets of parchment paper to 1/4 inch thick. Line baking sheets with parchment. Place on prepared sheets and chill at least 20 minutes before baking.

Add the dry and wet mixtures in three alternating batches to the butter starting with the dry while mixing on low. Use a heaping tablespoon or small ice cream scoop to transfer dollops of batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Heat over medium until warm, then add dark chocolate chips. Whisk until smooth, then pour the dark chocolate mixture over the cooled white chocolate mixture.
