Make this delicious compote using Shiner Ruby Redbird!

Ingredients:

• Shiner Ruby Redbird
• Ginger
• Fresh Berries
• Orange Juice
• Lemon zest
• Confectioner sugar

Directions:

• In a pot, combine fresh berries, orange juice, and lemon zest
• Pour in a half bottle of Shiner Ruby Redbird
• Bring to a boil
• Stir mixture and allow to reduce by half
• Serve over waffles
• Enjoy responsibly!
