  • Chuck Meat Patties
  • American Cheese
  • Yellow Onion
  • Martin Burger Rolls
  • Mustard
  • Pickles
  • Fiesta Uncle Chris Seasoning
  • Salt
  • Russet Potatoes
  • AP Flour

Directions:

  • On a preheated grill, cook the burgers seasoned with Fiesta Uncle Chris Seasoning and chopped pieces of yellow onion
  • Flip the burger patties and add a slice of American cheese and an onion ring
  • Add a second slice of cheese and put the patties on a tray with parchment paper before they’re done cooking
  • Place the tray in a freezer until fully frozen
  • Once frozen - put the patties in a seasoned flour mixture then dip in beer batter
  • Fry the patties until they achieve a deep, golden brown color
  • Remove the patties and place them on a toasted Martin’s roll with mustard, pickles and an extra slice of cheese.
  • Enjoy!

FRENCH FRIES

  • In a bowl, add thin, fry-shaped slices of a peeled potato with water and salt - let sit in the solution until the burgers are frozen
  • Once the burgers are fully frozen, the fries are ready to fry - place them in a 360F oil until golden brown
  • ENJOY!
