They say the victim staggered into a breezeway of the building, located in the 300 block of Avenue E, shortly before 4 a.m. Wednesday. Police say the man was suffering from at least one gunshot wound in his neck. Crime scene investigators spent about an hour inside the building, collecting evidence including what appeared to be clothing. They say the man is 62-years-old and possibly homeless.
