FORECAST
THIS WEEK
The heat high will settle over Texas Monday and Tuesday, pushing highs into the mid- to upper-90s. But before it can get *too* hot, a weak cool front will slip into Texas Wednesday. This will bring a chance for rain and slightly “cooler” temperatures.
RAIN CHANCES WEDNESDAY & THURSDAY
Rain chances increase Wednesday and Thursday (Copyright KSAT-12 2025 - All Rights Reserved)
With the front approaching Wednesday, that’s when our rain chances are highest. The front will stall and hang around South Central Texas Thursday, keeping some rain in the forecast. It’s important to note that rain will be streaky in nature, so there will be some that get a decent amount (more than 1″), but there will still be some neighborhoods that miss out.

TEMPERATURES
As a result of the front and some rain, highs will likely only be in the 80s Wednesday through the weekend. Mornings will be pleasant and in the 60s.
