Yelp compiled the list by identifying businesses in restaurant and food categories with a large concentration of reviews mentioning “chicken on a stick.” Those businesses were then ranked using a number of factors, including the total volume and ratings of reviews mentioning “chicken on a stick,” according to a Yelp spokesperson.
