SA man wins 2015 Rock 'n' Roll Marathon

A San Antonio man has won the 2015 Rock 'n' Roll Marathon.

Mark Greene briefly collapsed after crossing the finish line.

Marathon Sunday is here, and in the days leading up to the race KSAT has kept you covered.

In light of the recent terrorist attacks in California, the police chief has said there is no specific threat against the marathon. But they will have appropriate security in place.
