According to police, three people were involved in the robbery and were possibly armed.

The suspects' vehicle was reported stolen out of West, Texas, a town near Waco, police said.

An officer first spotted the car in a neighborhood on War Cloud Street not too far from Old Pearsall Road.

When an officer attempted to stop the vehicle police were led to the WestLake Villas apartment complex found on Cable Ranch Road. Police said the two men inside the car bailed out of the vehicle.

San Antonio police is using their Eagle helicopter to search the area. They were also processing the car that was left behind police said.

While police were investigating the robbery and chase, officers got a call that someone was trying to get into one of the apartments at that same complex.

They saw a man walking away from the area, then he took off running.

They chased him and caught him inside the apartment complex next door, City Trails.

Police have not said whether he is a suspect in the stolen car case or someone who may have warrants.
