Man dead after being shot twice in Motel 6 parking lot Victim identified as Robert Serna, 33
SAN ANTONIO – The Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office has confirmed that a man who was shot in the parking lot of a South Side motel has died.
A staff member identified him as Robert Serna, 33.
San Antonio police found Serna around 1:00 a.m. Friday, suffering from two gunshot wounds to the head.

His body was found toward the back of the parking lot of Motel 6, near Interstate 37 and Hot Wells.
Officers at the scene did not disclose the reason for the shooting.
They say three men -- possible suspects-- were seen speeding away from the area in a black sedan, heading toward I-37.
