Canadian breakfast chain to open restaurant on North Side Pür & Simple serves comfort-food favorites with a ‘twist’

SAN ANTONIO – A breakfast restaurant with ties to Canada is soon coming to San Antonio as part of its mission to expand to the U.S.
Pür & Simple will be located off the U.S. Highway 281 access road on the North Side of San Antonio, near Evans Road and the Stone Oak area.
The restaurant serves comfort food favorites with a “twist,” according to the restaurant’s website.
Pür & Simple offers various dishes, including French toast, pancakes, eggs benedict, waffles and omelets. It also serves burgers, smoothies and coffee.
The restaurant’s website announced that the San Antonio location is one of two planned openings in the United States.
The company already has over 40 locations in Canada.
