Super berry bowl with whipped yogurt:

INGREDIENTS
2 cups low-fat or nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup shelled pistachios, toasted
2 cups fresh berries such as strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries or a combination
1/3 cup dark chocolate shavings for serving, from a 1.5 ounce block
ground cinnamon for serving
DIRECTIONS
Prepare the Greek yogurt: Place the Greek yogurt in a large bowl.
Whip with a fork or small whisk until light and fluffy.
Stir in the honey and vanilla.
Keep cold until ready to serve.
Toast the pistachios in a dry skillet over medium-high heat until golden, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir to avoid burning.
Remove the pistachios from the skillet, cool for 2 minutes, and then chop coarsely.
Wash and dry the berries. If using strawberries, slice into bite-sized pieces.
Separate into four bowls.
Place a dollop of the whipped Greek yogurt on top and finish with a sprinkle of chopped pistachios, shaved chocolate and ground cinnamon.
