Shelters, nonprofits, churches in San Antonio ready to help during frigid weather
SAN ANTONIO – A community-wide response is underway in San Antonio ahead of the frigid weather expected over the next few days to assist the city’s homeless population. SARA has been a five-year-long community effort to better serve the city’s homeless population. She said in a time like this, at least 10 churches and nonprofits have stepped up to do their part. Broadway show ‘Come From Away’ brings Newfoundland to San Antonio
SAN ANTONIO, Texas. North Park Lexus Broadway in San Antonio is hosting a special donation drive at the Majestic Theatre along with the Broadway show “Come From Away” for the Corazon Ministries at Travis Park Church. The musical is about strangers coming together to help one another during a difficult time, so it’s fitting this donation drive is happening alongside this fantastic musical.
