Man injured in shooting at gas station north of downtown

Man said he was shot by someone wearing all black

SAN ANTONIO – A man was taken to the hospital after he was shot in the hand at a gas station north of downtown overnight, according to San Antonio police.

The shooting happened at 1:40 a.m. Friday at the Exxon in the 800 block of San Pedro Avenue.

The man, in his 20s, said he was shot by someone wearing all black. The victim did not give much information to officers, police said.

He was taken to a hospital and no additional information was available.
