13 hurt when Greyhound bus blows tire on California highway
Thirteen people were injured Friday when a Greyhound bus blew a tire and veered into a sports utility vehicle and a center divider wall on a California desert highway, authorities said. There were 33 people aboard the bus when it crashed in Banning, about 90 miles (145 kilometers) east of Los Angeles while heading from Los Angeles to Phoenix on Interstate 10, said California Highway Patrol Officer Jason Montez. The bus was traveling at about 60-65 mph (96-105 kph) when its left front tire blew out and it veered to the left and hit the Mitsubishi and then the center divider, he said.

SAN ANTONIO – A Northside ISD bus was involved a minor crash on Friday morning, according to school district officials. The crash was reported near Babcock and Hamilton Wolfe Friday morning around 9 a.m. The bus had one driver and one student on board, Northside ISD spokesperson Barry Perez said. The high school student was not injured and was taken to school. The driver was taken to a medical clinic as a precaution, but no life-threatening injuries were reported, Perez said.
Car clips Southside ISD school bus in south Bexar County
SAN ANTONIO – A Southside ISD school bus with two students on board was clipped by a car Tuesday afternoon in south Bexar County, district officials said. According to school district spokesman Randy Escamilla, a car swerved into the bus and clipped it. Only the bus driver and two students were on board at the time of the collision. Escamilla said the students walked out of the bus on their own. The bus driver was not at fault in the accident, officials said.

At the start of the pandemic, it was kind of scary, the bus operator, who asked not to be identified, said. As of Tuesday, 56 out of 1,200 bus operators have tested positive for the virus. Even now, my hand is shaking, and I am at home, the bus operator said. The bus operator said he follows the necessary health precautions as he makes his routes.
