Gabrielle Union Files Discrimination Complaint Against Simon Cowell, NBC and More Over 'AGT' Exit
Gabrielle Union's saga with NBC, Simon Cowell, FremantleMedia and Syco Entertainment over her departure at America's Got Talent isn't over. In the complaint filed by attorney Bryan Freedman, Union also claims NBC Entertainment Chairman Paul Telegdy tried to "silence and intimidate" her, according to multiple reports. In a statement to ET on Thursday, NBC said, "The allegation that anyone involved in this process threatened Ms. Union is categorically untrue. Union's complaint comes a week after she opened up about her experience at America's Got Talent.
