Residents near Culebra Road still concerned for safety despite improvements

Since January, there have been almost 170 crashes along Culebra Road on the West Side, according to TXDOT. The 13-mile corridor has become a hot spot for problems over the years. Despite some improvements, area residents are still concerned it's unsafe.
