The Army’s Criminal Investigation Command announced the $25,000 reward on Thursday, asking anyone with information in the “senseless murder” to come forward. San Antonio police said the car she was driving, a white 2019 Dodge Charger, was shot at by a person in a red vehicle. Since the shooting, San Antonio police have also been asking for the public’s help in finding the suspect. Mitchell, 30, was assigned to the U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence on Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston.
