SAISD school board to establish repurposing panel to address schools affected by rightsizing plans

The district laid out key components they plan to follow, including determining what to do with 15 empty school buildings. In a presentation at tonight's school board meeting, the district says there is yet to be a concrete plan for what to do with those buildings. The district said a repurposing panel will be established to determine the next steps.
