Volunteers needed to place flags at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery for Memorial Day

The nonprofit, Flags For Fallen Vets, has signed up about 2,000 volunteers but about 1,000 more are needed to place an estimated 140,000 flags at the cemetery, said Morrison R. (Bob) Fussner II, founder and president of the group.
