Code Ninjas - Boerne join us for a high-tech robot race! They’re opening a new location tomorrow northwest of San Antonio.

Chef Brian West teaches us how to make our own Cowboy Breakfast at home, and while you’re enjoying eating like a cowboy, here’s how to get your cut-out in the crowd and donate to the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo.

It’s Get Fit Friday and Fiona catches up with none other than Alain Moussi, actor and action movie martial arts expert, about his app for training at home like an action movie star. He was just in a movie with Nicholas Cage and he’s been a stunt double for Hugh Jackman!

Chef Gaye, of Tony Chachere’s, is cooking up game day goodies with plenty of bacon and Cajun seasoning, plus upgrade your home decor and learn about vertical decorating with City Chic in a brand new Chic Fix.
