According to the poll, 73% of likely voters with children under 19 either “strongly agreed” or “somewhat agreed” with a continued classroom face mask policy. Another 25% said they disagreed with mandating masks in classrooms.

Biden, who received 58% of the overall vote in Bexar County, won a much larger percentage of the absentee ballot alone — 72%. However, Alexander, who has a background with Democratic campaigns, thinks it was the COVID-19 pandemic that drove the demand for mail-in ballots. The most recent KSAT-SA Report-Bexar Facts poll found a sharp divide between how Democrats and Republicans viewed voting by mail.

The latest Bexar Facts-KSAT-San Antonio Report poll shows approval ratings for Mayor Ron Nirenberg, Bexar County Judge Nelson Wolff, and the San Antonio City Council are slowly declining, though all three continue to poll higher than before the COVID-19 pandemic among Bexar County voters. The San Antonio City Council’s approval rating saw a steeper decline, from 55 percent approval in June to 49 percent in September. San Antonio – A $191 million plan to help San Antonio residents, workers, and businesses recover from the COVID-19 pandemic has broad support among registered voters, according to the Bexar Fact-KSAT-Rivard Report poll results released Tuesday. 92 percent support providing workforce development support , including job training and child care for essential workers. 87 percent support providing Wi-Fi networks , technology, and other infrastructure to connect K-12 and college students to the internet. 77 percent support providing housing assistance, including rental and mortgage support payments and direct cash to low-income residents. It approved growing the Risk Mitigation Fund, now known as the COVID-19 Emergency Housing Assistance Program, to $25 million dollars back in April.

SAN ANTONIO As the COVID-19 pandemic drags on, local elected officials and the governor are seeing their approval ratings drop. Each of them had at least a 61% approval rating in the latest Bexar Facts-KSAT-Rivard Report poll released on Tuesday, which was a drop of seven to nine percentage points from the previous poll in April. SAN ANTONIO – Concerns from residents regarding crime in San Antonio and Bexar County may be easing, according to a new Bexar Facts-KSAT-Rivard Report poll released Tuesday. The poll shows homelessness as the top issue that polled voters want local government to tackle. In February, when the first Bexar Facts Poll was released, 19% of poll respondents listed crime as the most serious problem facing the great San Antonio area. Campbell is with the majority of polled voters across the county who are now most concerned with issues surrounding homelessness and indigence.
