Fake US leg band gets pigeon a reprieve in Australia

But Deone Roberts, sport development manager for the Oklahoma-based American Racing Pigeon Union, said on Friday the band was fake. The band number belongs to a blue bar pigeon in the United States which is not the bird pictured in Australia, she said. Celli-Bird had contacted the American Racing Pigeon Union to find the birdโs owner based on the number on the leg band.

Joe Exotic is speaking out from prison. The self-described Tiger King sent a three-page letter to podcaster Josh Belcher, asking for it to be read on his show. Belcher read the note on Thursday's episode of Josh Belcher Uncharted, and only ET has photos of the letter Exotic sent from behind bars. Exotic, whose real name is Joseph Maldonado-Passage, is currently serving a 22-year prison sentence after being convicted of plotting a murder-for-hire against Carole Baskin, among other charges. The focus of Exotic's letter is thus more general remarks about how he believes he is wrongfully incarcerated.

BOERNE, Texas โ On the banks of Cibolo Creek, 11-year-old Joe spent a summer morning doing something he loves: fishing. He let KSAT's Myra Arthur tag along on his trip, where they talked about his hope of one day being adopted. โNow you just gotta wait,โ Joe said after the bobber plopped in the water. โTaking me fishing, playing around, throwing the football around with me, going to a game,โ Joe said. Joe hopes being surrounded by a loving family could help him through those tough times.
