Brackenridge, YMLA have different non-district missions

It was obvious that Brackenridge (2-0) would present challenges that would be new to the then-undefeated Lions (2-1). “I see a lot of good things, but we have a lot of work to do,” Brackenridge coach Joey Isaac said. He scored 33 points and Alvarez added 20. Erick Aranda led four Southwest Legacy double-digit scorers with 20 points.mysanantonio.com

LeeRoy, from real Bengal tiger to tiger suit
LeeRoy appeared at football games inside of a display cage, where after touchdowns, he was escorted around the track by the Bengal Lancers Fraternity. Trinity was using its third mascot, LeeRoy III, in 1973 when the Endangered Species Act was passed. The activity at football games was often overstimulating for the tiger, and zookeepers were scared that the tiger would hurt someone. Not only the big tiger, but the fact that we have that Mascot tiger, Brackenridge said. According to Brackenridge, the tiger mascot has united the Trinity community and helped to soften Trinitys image.trinitonian.com
