Downtown homeless camp cleared; TxDOT fencing off area
TxDOT, SAPD, and City of San Antonio crews were on scene for the latest homeless camp abatement under I-37 downtown Thursday morning. The state agency says it has received complaints from businesses and homeowners nearby, and plans to put fencing around much of the area in an attempt to keep people from returning to camp out.
