Q. Will I receive a confirmation receipt of my purchase?

A. Yes. When you make a purchase using this platform you will be given an option to print a receipt immediately after purchase, as well as an automatic email with the purchase details.

Q. Can I get a refund?

A. All KSAT Deal purchases are non-refundable.

Q. How do I redeem my purchase with a QR code?

A. There is a QR code on the pdf file you receive by email. You may present that printed document to the merchant for redemption. You may also use your smart device by access the links that indicate “Mobile Deals”.

Q. When can I pick up my deal?

A. If your deal has curbside/in-store pick up, please refer to your confirmation for deal details. Some merchants offer same day service, most require deal preparation time.

Q. I may have purchased an item in error, what do I do?

A. Send a detailed message to Customer Service with the link provided in “Need Help”.

Q. I have an issue with the product I purchased.

Q. I seem to be having technical difficulties with the platform.
