SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police are searching for a suspect who stole a truck with construction equipment hooked onto a trailer and rammed it through a treeline into someone’s yard.
The crash happened Sunday afternoon in the 900 block of West Pyron Avenue.
Police said the vehicle owner was getting ready to leave when a 30-year-old suspect came up and stole the truck.
The thief lost control of the truck nearby, ramming it through a treeline onto someone else’s property.
Police said the suspect got away on foot, and no one had been taken into custody.
No one was injured in the crash.
