SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police are investigating a shooting that happened early Sunday morning on the city’s East Side.
Authorities said a 19-year-old man was taken to the San Antonio Military Medical Center in critical condition after he was shot in the chest.

All the information police are releasing is that the shooting happened in the 5100 block of Prince Valiant around 1 a.m.
Authorities said they have little information about the shooter or why the victim was shot. The case is under investigation.
