SAN ANTONIO – A man was arrested on charges of indecency with a child after the victim came forward and said the man fondled her on several occasions.
Police said 62-year-old Jesus Barrientos is accused of touching a relative inappropriately.

Authorities said the mother of the victim alerted police after the 10-year-old girl said Barrientos massaged her genital area multiple times during a four-month period.
Investigators said Barrientos first denied the allegations but confessed after a polygraph test determined he was lying.
