SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio Police Chief William McManus is scheduled to respond to a vote of "no confidence" in his ability to lead the department.
The press conference is scheduled for 5 p.m. Thursday at City Hall.

The San Antonio Police Officers Association said Thursday that 97 percent of the members who voted do not approve of the direction McManus is leading the department.
