SAN ANTONIO – The Greater San Antonio Builders Association’s 2017 Spring Tour of Homes is happening April 1-2 and April 8-9.
The tour will feature 86 homes in 17 communities in San Antonio and the surrounding areas.
SA Live will feature five of the 17 communities throughout the next two weeks.
The third featured is Kinder Ranch.
“You have beautiful Hill Country views out there, but still close access to shopping and restaurants,” said Morgan Keogh, lead sales consultant for David Weekly Homes.
The Kinder Ranch describes its community as featuring miles of walking paths, a recreation center, with an on-site elementary school.
“It’s one of those lifestyle communities where you can start as a (kindergartener) and just go on throughout an entire lifestyle,” said Rodney Jordan, director of sales and marketing for Sitterle Homes.
Jordan said the location of the Kinder Ranch contributes to the lifestyle.
“With the country hill views that you get, it’s just a darling of a community," he said.
