SAN ANTONIO – Today at 1 p.m. on SA Live TAMALES! Where you can get them right now (it’s like Christmas in July!).

Delia’s Tamales is opening up a new location at 13527 Hausman Pass, near UTSA in northwest San Antonio. Jen Tobias-Struski will take us out there and give us a rundown of all the delicious, gluten-free offerings on the menu.

What’s your favorite kind of tamale and where do you get it? Let us know on the @SALiveKSAT Facebook and Twitter pages, and don’t forget to follow us on Instagram!

Plus, Thirsty Thursday with Kristen Ortiz of Dulce Vida Tequila will share a few summer cocktail recipes with us. They’re so simple you can make them at home!

For National Deli Month, we’re revisiting a popular Elder Eats spot on the East Side - Dignowity Meats. Their burnt end melt has been featured on “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.” It’s a burnt end sandwich with sharp cheddar mac n cheese, pear slices, barbecue sauce and a few other tasty things in a ciabatta bread bun. They’re open for outside dining and takeout from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 5 to 10 p.m. on weekdays - just dinner hours on Saturdays at 1701 E. Houston St. in San Antonio.

Need to spice up your date night? Lindsay Myers has a few pointers for us. Also, easy at-home fixes with Chelsey Brown, blogger for City Chic Decor, and a performance by the Morgan’s Wonderland Inclusion Fusion Show Choir!

SA Live airs weekdays at 1 p.m. on KSAT 12. Stream the show anytime from the KSAT TV app on Roku, Fire Stick, your smart TV or your smartphone. Watch the full show in the video below.
