Over 500 job seekers registered for Brooks Virtual Job Fair
SAN ANTONIO โ The Brooks Virtual Job Fair is set to take place on Wednesday morning. As of now, there are 59 registered business and 537 registered job seekers. Job seekers will have the chance to meet with employers, view job descriptions, and submit their resumes. Our virtual job fair, in partnership with @WSASanAntonio and @sa_works, is open to all skill and career levels. The job fair will take place beginning at 9 a.m. For more information click here.
Spurs Sports & Entertainment to hold job fair Monday to fill 75 part-time positions
Home of the San Antonio Spurs. SAN ANTONIO โ Spurs Sports & Entertainment is looking to hire for 75 new part-time positions at its upcoming job fair on Monday. The socially distant job fair will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday, at the AT&T Center. Those interested in attending can expedite their job fair experience by applying in advance on the Spurs Sports & Entertainment careers page, or by texting โFAMILYโ to 97211. Applicants must be 18 years or older and must wear a face mask to the job fair.
Collaborative virtual job fair set to help San Antonio get back to work
SAN ANTONIO โ Millions of Americans around the country are dealing with unemployment and as Texas begins to reopen, there is a new local initiative to help get people back to work. Itโs a new partnership between Work Force Solutions Alamo, San Antonio Works and Brooks. Now, Workforce Solutions Alamo is teaming up with Brooks and San Antonio Works to get as many people in our community back on their feet as possible. A lot of people in and around San Antonio may also need help with the technology aspect, so thatโs what some local computers are used for. Tower of the Americas is hiring: Job fair set for next week
Tower of the AmericasHave you ever thought about working at Tower of the Americas? A job fair is set for next Tuesday, March 9, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., if youโre interested. Open positions include servers, cooks, baristas, bussers, hostesses, cocktail servers, bartenders, parking attendants and dishwashers, along with jobs in admission, retail and facilities maintenance. Some positions require a valid driverโs license and a pre-employment background check. Anyone thinking about attending the job fair is advised to dress to impress.
