Authorities say Rodriguez was wearing a GPS ankle monitor, but cut it off and has not been seen since.

The punishment phase went on without without him and the jury took only 15 minutes to come back with a sentence. Rodriguez was convicted for sexual assault of a 5-and 7-year old.

The Lone Star Fugitive Task Force was asked to help find Rodriguez. Anyone with information on Rodriguez's whereabouts is asked to call the police.
