SAN ANTONIO – It was a mess on the roadways Friday night after an 18-wheeler rear-ended another 18-wheeler on Interstate 35 near Kinney Road around midnight.
According to authorities, the impact caused the truck to jack-knife, forcing crews to shut down the southbound lanes I-35 south until the mess was cleaned.
The driver of the jack-knifed 18-wheeler was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
