SAN ANTONIO – A San Antonio man has been wanted for more than three months for charges he had sex with a teenage girl.
Daniel Vallejo, 21, is being sought by the US Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force. He has been wanted since an indictment was handed up for three counts of sexual assault of a child in September 2015.
"The indictment alleged that Vallejo sexually assaulted a female child who was under the age of 17 years old," said Deputy Chris Bozeman.
Vallejo is 5'7" tall and weighs 160 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
"His last known place of residence was on the west side of San Antonio," said Bozeman.
