SAN ANTONIO – Fire crews responded to a fatal house fire on Friday afternoon on Green Street, just south of downtown by Highway 90.
Investigators said a 68-year-old man is reportedly dead. The call for the fire came in just after 4 p.m.
San Antonio police said the man who died was living in a separate building behind his brother's house in the 900 block of Green Street.
A preliminary investigation showed the fire may have been caused by faulty wiring.
