Bexar County breaks early-voter record

More than 375,000 have voted in 2016 election


SAN ANTONIO – The Bexar County elections office said early-voting in the 2016 election has broken a record set in 2008.

As of 4 p.m. Thursday, more than 375,877 people voted early. That tops the record of 375,784 set eight years ago.

Residents still have two more days to vote early.

The county has 43 early voting locations set up across Bexar County.

Election Day is Tuesday.
