SAN ANTONIO – A woman found lying in the middle of the street Saturday is believed to be the victim of a hit-and-run.
Two people found the woman around 3 a.m. near the intersection of Fredericksburg Road and Vance Jackson Road.

Police said the woman was found with several injuries and was taken to University Hospital for treatment.
