Walmart Supercenter stores are hosting a Wellness Day event Saturday at which customers will be able to get free health and vision screenings, low-cost immunizations and flu shots.
Walmart officials called it the biggest Walmart Wellness Day event yet. Free total cholesterol screenings will be offered for the first time. There will also be vendors offering other health and wellness services. Walmart will also be giving out free apples and oranges during the event.

The Walmart Wellness Day event will be held at all Walmart Supercenter stores from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday.
