SAN ANTONIO – Clad in blue caps and gowns, graduates from three specialty treatment courts celebrated the completion of the rehabilitative programs Friday.
The Bexar County Adult Drug Court, DWI Court and Mental Health Court are meant to divert people with substance abuse or mental health issues from jail.
