The victim, said to have shoulder length brown hair in a ponytail and upper and lower metal braces, was wearing Calvin Klein pants, a black polo type shirt with a red pin stripe, and a Snoopy Christmas sock.

"At this point, we have no idea how the body got there," Hierholzer said. "We don't know if it is a
homicide or possibly a homeless person who died of exposure to the elements."

Hierholzer said they will work with both state and national databases to help find the identity of the victim.

"Somewhere, someone is missing this person. We hope to find closure for this victim's family and if the death is determined to be caused by foul play, we will work to find the suspect," Hierholzer said.

Anyone with information on the possible identity of the victim or any information regarding a possible cause of death are asked to call the Kerr County Sheriff's Office at 896-1216, and ask for Captain Carol Twiss or Kerr County Crime Stoppers at 896-8477.
