Get a Severe Thunderstorm Watch alert on your phone? Here's what that means for today ~ Mia
Good afternoon! A boundary is currently draped across South Central Texas and has sparked up strong storms mainly south and west of San Antonio. Still, some of these storms have been capable of localized pockets of hail, heavy rainfall, gusty winds, and lightning. The better chance for additional strong/severe storm development is across our southwestern counties, but we'll be keeping tabs on Authority Radar through the afternoon and into the early evening before storm chances come down.
After that, rain chances come down in the week ahead, but we'll still have damp mornings with fog, drizzle and mist. Temperatures warm quickly this week with highs in the 90s by Tuesday, but feeling even hotter when you factor in the humidity.
We'll keep you posted! Have a great afternoon. ~ Mia
