The incident occurred around 12:45 a.m. in the 4800 block of West Military Drive, not far from Medina Base Road and Old Pearsall Road. According to police, two men got into an argument over money and allowing others to stay at a campsite. SAPD said the suspect cut the man’s hand, nearly cutting off a finger. Officers found the victim not far from the camp at the intersection of Old Pearsall Road and Medina Base Road.
